The Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) is responsible for managing a complex IT task order, ensuring successful execution, timely delivery, and high-quality technical support services. This role involves close collaboration with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), DLA Task Order Managers, and customer representatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Task Order: Oversee execution of the task order, ensuring timely delivery of AV/VTC and collaboration application support services across multiple DLA sites.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for government stakeholders, ensuring alignment with requirements and expectations.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Task Order Managers and technicians to ensure performance goals are met.
• Project Oversight: Ensure resources, schedules, and budgets are managed effectively.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with AV/VTC systems and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom for Gov).
• Knowledge of DLA IT infrastructure and government contracting.
