QSSHire is partnering with a federal customer to identify an experienced Pega Developer to support the design and delivery of enterprise workflow and business process automation solutions. This role focuses on building scalable applications using the Pega platform to improve operational efficiency and modernize complex business processes.
The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Pega-based solutions. This position requires strong expertise in Pega PRPC development, BPM workflows, and enterprise application design, along with the ability to contribute throughout the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis through deployment and post-production support.

In This Role, You’ll:
• Collaborate with senior technical staff and stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into customized solutions using the Pega platform.
• Design and develop applications using Pega Infinity / Pega 8 while adhering to platform best practices.
• Support the Lead Pega Developer through the full development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and unit test Pega solutions utilizing out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities and reusable components.
• Maintain strong client engagement by providing timely updates and identifying project risks or technical challenges.
• Assist with post-deployment activities including application support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Ensure developed applications align with enterprise architecture standards and performance requirements.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have:
• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Experience developing enterprise solutions using Pega PRPC and Pega Infinity / Pega 8.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification.
• Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery environments.
• Experience implementing CRM or workflow automation solutions.
