POSITION OVERVIEW
USTRANSCOM TCJ7-E requires contract support services to assist in executing elements of the Joint Training Exercise & Evaluation Program (JTEEP) and the Joint Training System (JTS) as it pertains to the Command’s Joint Training Program (JTP).
This position provides analytical, statistical, modeling, and simulation expertise in support of USTRANSCOM exercise reporting. The role delivers independent analysis of Service and USTRANSCOM exercise data and produces decision-level reporting for senior leadership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Exercise Data Analysis & Modeling
- Provide analytical, statistical, modeling, and simulation expertise in support of USTRANSCOM exercise reporting.
- Analyze Service and USTRANSCOM exercise data using:
- Statistical analysis
- Trend analysis
- Predictive modeling
- Custom-built models
- Develop exercise reporting products independent of other organizations within USTRANSCOM.
- Deliver analytical results to TCJ7-E to support decision-level data requirements for:
- Senior USTRANSCOM Leadership
- TCJ3
- TCJ5
Data Collection & Coordination
- Coordinate with AMC, MSC, SDDC, JECC, and other organizations as directed to collect required exercise data.
- Consolidate and prepare data for reporting and assessment development.
- Reporting & Assessment Development
- Utilize the Joint Training Tool (JTT) and Data Visualization Tools including:
- MSS
- ADVANA
- C2IE
- Use exercise reporting databases to create and staff assessments.
- Support development of reports including:
- JTEEP Annuals
- JTEEP Assessment Guidance (JAG)
- Exercise Control (EC) reports
- Annual Joint Assessment (AJA)
- Global and Functional Campaign Plan reports
Senior-Level Engagement
- Attend conferences and meetings, as required, up to and including the TS/SCI clearance level.
- Provide analytical support suitable for senior-level decision-making forums.
