The Northrop Grumman Classified Solutions team is seeking a Manager Cybersecurity 2 to lead a team of Information System Security Professionals . A diverse classified information system security background is required . The selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time at our Roy, Utah location.
The Classified Solutions Advanced Programs Cybersecurity Manager will lead a geographically dispersed program team of individual contributors at multiple IRAD (Internal Research and Development) and program research laboratory sites nationwide. The team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of IRAD network ATO management and operations; to include developing and maintaining RMF Bodies of Evidence (BOE), cybersecurity risk mitigation, monitoring, and scanning solutions for research and development efforts aligned under Northrop Grumman's Advanced Programs teams. A diverse classified information systems security background is required, including the Intelligence Community assessment and authorization process (ICD-503), DoDM 5205.07, Special Access Programs (JSIG), and/or DoD collateral authorization processes.

Primary Level Salary Range: $126,800.00 - $189,800.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

- Drive execution of the Digital Ecosystem Cybersecurity Strategy as outlined by the Digital Ecosystem Cyber Element Lead, supporting Sentinel R&D laboratories and Advanced Programs Classified Solutions initiatives
- Motivate the team and deliver against the Digital Ecosystem's Cybersecurity Business Intelligence, Knowledge Management, and Agile Work Breakdown Structure objectives.
- Maintain a cyber program that effectively addresses customer requirements and incorporates the necessary internal and external organizations
- Identify, allocate and manage cyber resources, including workforce planning
- Deliver presentations to customers, executive management and other program stakeholders
- Ensure environments remain compliant and all associated systems/networks achieve and maintain formal accreditation authorizations from government agencies.
- Foster an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management, open communication, financial management, and utilization
- Support the formal Security Assessment process and all subsequent inspections and audits required by the company or government customer

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 Years of relevant experience; Masters and 5 Years of relevant experience ; PhD with 2 years of relevant experience
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the one (or more) of the following areas: Department of Defense Special Access Programs (DoD SAP), and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs
- Must have work experience supporting Advanced Program ATO administration under JSIG
- Must have prior work history supporting both DoD Laboratory environments and previous work supporting IRAD (Advanced Program Topic Rooms) on an information system authorized under ATO on a defense contract
- Must have a current DoD 8140 IAM Level III security certification in order to be considered
- Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret security clearance (at a minimum) to include a closed investigation date completed within the last 6 years OR must be enrolled in the DOD Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP), in order to be considered
- Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs as condition of continued employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting cybersecurity governance and compliance within a defense program research and development (R&D) laboratory environment
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communications skills to identify and communicate solutions to challenging technological compliance
- Diverse classified information systems security / information assurance background
- Prior experience communicating with US Government customers and program leadership
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, with current SAP/SAR and/or SCI access, is highly desirable
- Prior experience conducting or supporting government security inspections and audits
- Experience with Agile business rhythms, including program interval (PI) planning and sprint planning, as it relates to agile business processes and earned value management (EVM)
