The Boeing Company is looking for an Experienced Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Berkeley, Missouri. This position will help organize, integrate and run the business for the BT&E Air Dominance, Phantom Works, & Weapons Team

We are seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities, and show a self-motivated, proactive approach to work.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide business operations support, maintains management system and integrates leadership team operations deliverables (Operating Rhythm, Org Optimization, Metrics/KPI's etc)
  • Facilitate the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for the organization
  • Cultivate partnerships/relationships with senior leadership and cross functional teams to drive organizational initiatives, team integration and coordination of commitments to fulfill strategies
  • Collects, organizes and provides data according to various operational processes across the organization: RPPT/Adaptive Planning Support, RIO Management, coordination of Air Dominance data calls and weekly deliverables,
  • Weekly team status, certification status and other ad-hoc projects as needed
  • Ensures follow up action for issue resolution


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience with Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Management or related experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
  • 3+ years of experience working with organizational leaders to develop & implement plans & objectives to meet requirements and create reports for management reviews & track performance to plan
  • 3+ years of experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal and external), government and community customers, and representatives
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Highly proficient with multi-tasking (i.e., handling daily work, urgent emerging issues, prioritizing incoming requests for all levels of stakeholders, etc.)
  • Experience with gathering requirements for projects
  • Experience in managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience in a role which requires strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in financial analysis

Summary Pay Range Level 3: $94,350 - $127,650
