Your role and responsibilities
IBM Expert Labs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support U.S. Government clients in delivering missioncritical solutions using IBM technologies and expert services. This role leads multiple complex federal projects, ensures contract compliance, manages crossfunctional delivery teams, and drives successful outcomes aligned with agency objectives.
Senior Project Manager supporting U.S. Government clients within IBM Federal Expert Labs, responsible for end-to-end project delivery, financial oversight, CDRL execution, and contract compliance in secure environments. Leads cross-functional teams, manages risks and dependencies, conducts executive reporting, oversees clearance and security processes, and ensures adherence to federal standards and IBM policies while driving account growth.

Required education

Required technical and professional expertise
• Project management experience in a consulting environment.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ADO.
• Partner with U.S. Government clients to manage complex projects.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and financial health to stakeholders.
• Apply strong problemsolving and rootcause analysis.
• Use project management best practices across business units.
• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Government delivery experience or prior federal service.
• PMP certification; Agile methodology familiarity.
• 7+ years of professional experience.
