Position Description Summary:
The Business Data Analyst II provides support in collecting and organizing information for the preparation of user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. The role also edits functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other customer deliverables. Under general supervision, this position supports financial and administrative tasks, prepares and maintains systems, programming, and operations documentation, and maintains a current internal documentation library while coordinating special documentation services as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and organize information needed for manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports
• Edit functional descriptions, system specifications, user manuals, special reports, and other deliverables for clarity and completeness
• Support financial and administrative tasks associated with program and documentation activities
• Prepare and maintain systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures, and methods
• Maintain a current internal documentation library
• Provide or coordinate special documentation services as required
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
• Experience using MS Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Project Management, and PowerPoint
• Strong documentation, editing, organization, and records maintenance capability
Security Clearance Required:
IT-III Non-Sensitive security clearance or Tier 1 (T1)
