As the First-Line Manager you will have full leadership accountability for the successful execution of our product across several areas of our portfolio that includes legacy Aegis Systems, future combat system solutions, and foreign military systems.

You will lead a team of approximately 20 systems engineers supporting complex systems engineering and integration activities. This role blends deep technical oversight with program execution discipline and people leadership.

• Ensure program technical milestones are successfully achieved.
• Ensure team's resources and skillsets meet the needs of the programs supported.
• Establish good communication with program and technical leadership.
• Ensure team is meeting budget allocations for programs supported.
• Drive innovative and challenging changes and improvements to team and organization processes.

Program Execution Responsibilities:
• Ensure cost estimates are accurate and proposals, ROMs, and statements of work are developed and maintained in a timely manner.
• Ensure work scope is accurately represented in VEMO and reflected properly in the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Oversee EVMS tracking, ensuring variances are meaningful, documented, and addressed.
• Ensure employees complete required training and maintain compliance with program and organizational standards.
