Description
Join SAIC in supporting our enterprise data and analytics initiatives at the United States Coast Guard Headquarters in Washington, DC. As the Program Manager, you will be leading a tangible, mission-aligned value to the United States Coast Guard, CG-TECH and DCS Stakeholders. As the Program Manager, you will work daily to build and maintain a trusted relationship with our USCG customers and key stakeholders, while managing multiple teams in Data, Sprints and Organizational support.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business management, strategic intelligence, computer science, or related, or equivalent and 9+ years of related experience.
• Prior Coast Guard military officer or Civilian supporting Coast Guard initiatives, successfully leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams and managing complex operations with clarity, precision, and purpose.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale federal programs with multiple stakeholders. Managing both SAIC employees and multiple subcontractors.
• Experience with Information Technology, Data and Analytics and AI System Delivery

• DHS domain knowledge
• SAFe or Agile certifications
Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with customer/key USCG stakeholders, ensuring alignment of deliverables with their strategic priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact, engaging in regular meetings and informal interactions.
- Provide high-level directions to ensure the project aligns with USCG's Force Design 2028 priorities and data modernization initiatives.
- Lead briefings and presentations to articulate the project's value and progress to stakeholders while championing data-driven solutions for operational success.
- Oversee project financials, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and the efficient use of resources.
- Act as the escalation point for major risks, proactively resolving critical issues before they impact project outcomes.
- Represent the project within SAIC leadership circles, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Collaborate with Deputy Program Manager to ensure project deliverables support the USCG's Force Design 2028 objectives and overall mission.
- Co-create concise, high-impact progress reports for both internal SAIC leadership and USCG stakeholders.
- Collaborate to identify, prioritize, and address project risks, ensuring clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Jointly foster a positive and motivated project team, addressing resource or morale needs and offering mentorship.
