We are seeking a highly organized, technically curious Operations Associate to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. This role is a unique hybrid of executive support, People Ops (HR), and junior management consulting. You will work in tandem with the Senior EA to act as a force multiplier for the executive leadership, ensuring that both daily logistics and long-term strategic initiatives, from HRIS optimization to cross-functional project tracking, are executed with precision.
Primary Responsibilities
• Serve as a key point of contact for the executive leadership; manage high-priority scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical support while ensuring alignment across the company.
• Research and implement digital tools to improve team productivity and streamline information flow across the organization.
• Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle within the internal HRIS, ranging from managing onboarding/offboarding logistics to maintaining all confidential personnel records.
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and strategy presentations; conduct research to support leadership decision-making and track company-wide KPIs.
• Act as an internal consultant to identify bottlenecks; design and implement scalable SOPs across HR and General Operations to help the organization scale.
Required Experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, management consulting, high-growth startups, or high-level executive support.
• Demonstrated ability to work with data, build dashboards, and translate complex operational problems into structured technical solutions.
• Advanced experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft Suite, and modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion).
• Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and internal technical teams.
Preferred Experience
• Familiarity with the unique compliance and administrative needs of government contracting or Defense Tech sector.
• Experience designing the equivalent of internal wikis, knowledge bases, or automated workflows that improve organizational workflows.
