Qualifications

- You will Advise management on recruitment strategies, sources, special programs, recruitment, relocation and retention incentive programs.
- You will Provide guidance on merit system principles, prohibited personnel practices, the development and use of valid selection criteria in support of recruitment and placement processes.
- You will conduct briefings and/or informational sessions for managers or the workforce on human resource related topics to foster understanding and acceptance of new and/or revised HR regulations, policies and practices.
- You will manage staffing and recruitment data and requirements to ensure hiring goals are achieved in accordance with applicable governmental guidance and objectives.
