In this role, you will help design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions that support mission-critical federal systems. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate infrastructure, maintain secure Windows and database environments, and ensure high system availability in a secure government cloud ecosystem.

In this role, you will help design, implement, and optimize scalable cloud solutions that support mission-critical federal systems. You will work closely with development and operations teams to automate infrastructure, maintain secure Windows and database environments, and ensure high system availability in a secure government cloud ecosystem.
Responsibilities
As a Cloud Engineer - Windows Administrator, you will:
- Design, deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server environments supporting enterprise applications
- Support Oracle database environments and associated infrastructure services
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Implement automation and configuration management processes using tools such as Ansible and PowerShell
- Support Active Directory and Windows-based authentication services
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and scalability across cloud-hosted infrastructure
- Create efficient, resilient cloud solutions while handling automation, cost management, and disaster recovery
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native application deployments
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and operational standards
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work supporting federal program operations
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with Windows server administration, database environments, and enterprise cloud infrastructure
- T3/T5 equivalent eligibility
- Microsoft Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments and Oracle Linux OS administration
- Oracle database administration and support
- Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Linux system administration in enterprise environments
- PowerShell, Ansible, and Cloudbees Jenkins
- Automation and Cloud Native Architectures
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification required
- One or more DoD 8570 baseline certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, CAP, CASP+ CE, CND, CSSLP, CySA+, GSLC, or SSCP)
- Support secure federal cloud infrastructure and modernization initiatives
- Collaborate with experienced cloud engineers and DevOps teams
- Work on mission-critical systems supporting national priorities
- Contribute to secure, scalable, and resilient government cloud environments
