Amentum is seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project in South Korea. This is a delivery-focused role, where Amentum serves as the prime contractor, tasked with completing an office complex in partnership with South Korean subcontractors and U.S.-cleared labor.
The successful candidate will need to relocate to South Korea for the duration of the project, approximately 6-9 months. Support for scheduling, procurement, safety, quality control, and other project requirements will be provided by the Amentum office in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
Applicants must have prior overseas (OCONUS) experience, especially managing projects involving foreign labor subcontracting. Additionally, this role includes overseeing a cleared American workforce for classified portions of the project.

Duties will include:
- Regular customer communication and engagement
- Procuring materials as needed to support the project requirements
- Applying construction schedule to daily tasking and weekly look-ahead
- Coordination of change management and approval
- Review of submittals
- Monitoring project costs
- Developing progress payment requests
- Assist in developing and maintaining safety and quality programs
- Overseeing and directing - direct hire cleared craft
- Monitoring the change order process
- Maintaining project schedules
- Communications with customer / subcontractors / home office
Required Qualifications:
- OCONUS experience
- Successful management of subcontractors
- US Army Corp of Engineers construction management experience
- Must possess a current TS security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management
- Understanding of the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Resident Management System (RMS)
- Experience managing projects OCONUS with a value greater than $15 million
