Pay Range: $26-29.55

We are seeking Test Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products. These roles involve hands on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems. Candidates must demonstrate strong initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents.
• Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components.
• Load software and firmware as part of testing processes.
• Document test results accurately and thoroughly.
• Move materials on and off test platforms as needed.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and maintain a strong safety focus.
Required Qualifications:
• HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post secondary technical training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training
• Ability to read and interpret:
o Schematics
o Wiring diagrams
o Engineering drawings
• Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing
• Ability to perform software and firmware loads
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• No clearance required while on contract
• Must be able to obtain a clearance if converted to a direct employee
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed (up to 25-50 lbs).
• Ability to work in a lab or production floor environment with electronic equipment.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for handling components, tools, and test equipment.
• Must follow all safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols.

Desired Skills: Experience with a broad range of test equipment, including but not limited to:
• Oscilloscopes
• Multimeters
• Power supplies
• Spectrum analyzers
• Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Collimators
• Inframeters
• Pulse generators Additional preferred skills:
• Familiarity with SAP or test data systems (Raytheon uses several proprietary systems)
• Ability to understand and execute software/firmware loading processes
• Soldering or rework skills (may be required depending on assignment)
• Flexibility to support multiple shifts and weekend work once trained
• Strong safety mindset and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
