Responsibilities
Job duties to include but not limited to:
- Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP)
- Gantt Charts
- Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs)
- Should Cost Analyses
- NAVSEA 7300/4 Type Estimates
- Cost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies)
- Cost Reviews (Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and Basis of Estimate (BoE))
- Program Office Cost Support (Program Objective Memorandum (POM) estimates, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) submissions/inputs, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) submissions, budget submissions, Program Acquisition Unit Cost (PAUC) and Average Procurement Unit Cost (APUC) submissions)
- Joint Cost and Schedule Uncertainty Analysis
- Earned Value Analysis and Earned Value Management
- Cost Analysis Requirements Description (CARD)
- Program Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, HS Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Three (3) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
- Candidates will have demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
