Systems Engineer (2026-0031)

We are currently recruiting for a Systems Engineer with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our team in Northern Virginia to e nsure that proper Systems Engineering practices and processes are followed and applied to systems and equipment throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements definition, design & build of the technical solution, integration/verification/validation, and through operations and maintenance of the system.

RESPONSIIBILITES:
Tasks shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Identify technical, CI, and operational risks and recommend mitigations.
• Study the feasibility and vulnerability of new technical collection capabilities and analyze gaps.
• Assess emerging and commercial-off-the-shelf technologies in support of operational requirements and applications.
• Assess key vulnerabilities and single points of failure and recommend mitigations.
• Evaluate, validate, and analyze technical development compliance with stated requirements.
• Integrate, test, verify, and validate end-to-end systems.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Current TS/SCI with polygraph.
• At least 10 years of experience performing these services for a government customer. Technical undergraduate degree.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Cyber or technical operations experience or a technical graduate
