THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD

The Management Analyst - Middle, Materiel Fielding provides analytical and programmatic support to Army materiel fielding operations. This position supports planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of fielding activities, ensuring equipment is delivered, documented, and transitioned to supported units in accordance with approved schedules, policies, and Performance Work Statement requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Medical Liaison Officer (LNO) providing medical logistics assistance support to assigned units within an Area of Responsibility (AOR).
  • Provide management and logistics analysis support for Army materiel fielding operations.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking materiel fielding schedules and execution milestones.
  • Support development and maintenance of Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs), New Equipment Training Plans (NETPs), and supporting documentation.
  • Track fielding progress, equipment hands off actions, and required documentation to ensure compliance with Army policy.
  • Collect, analyze, and report fielding data to support leadership decision making.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, supported units, and fielding teams to resolve issues and risks.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and metrics related to materiel fielding performance.
  • Support configuration control, property accountability, and equipment transfer actions.
  • Maintain and update data within authorized Army information systems.
  • Participate in meetings, site visits, and fielding events as required.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, management, or a related field.
  • Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • Minimum five (5) years experience in management analysis, logistics, or Army materiel fielding operations.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret clearance.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Tier 3)
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of fielding missions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Army acquisition, sustainment, or fielding programs.
