Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

- Accurate reporting to leadership
- Secure access to DoD systems
- Organized program documentation
- Smooth coordination across stakeholders
Administrative readiness supports operational readiness.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and agendas
- Input and maintain program data and tracking databases
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems
- Support documentation routing and version control
- Track action items and meeting notes
- Coordinate basic meeting logistics
- Ensure contractor personnel maintain access to:
- DoD/DoN systems
- Data repositories
- Required program platforms
- Provide daily administrative support to the PMS 339 Program Office
- Assist with training program documentation control
- Support lifecycle administrative tracking
- Maintain deliverable records and internal reporting files
- Support coordination of program reviews and training events
- Ensure documentation accuracy for audit and compliance readiness
WHO SHOULD APPLY

- YN - Yeoman
- PS - Personnel Specialist
- LS - Logistics Specialist
- IT - Information Systems Technician
- Any rating with strong office or training admin background
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree OR 1+ year relevant experience
- 3+ years professional experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- This position is fully on-site a the Washington Navy Yard.

- Associate's degree AND 3+ years professional experience
- 4+ years experience
- Experience supporting DoD or Navy program offices
