Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate meetings and briefing schedules for:
- PMS 339 Program Manager
- Deputy Program Manager
- Prepare executive-level briefings and materials
- Track high-visibility action items
- Oversee administrative workflow and document control
- Maintain database integrity and reporting accuracy
- Ensure contractor personnel maintain access to DoD systems
- Provide structured support during program reviews and milestone events
- Deliver senior-level administrative oversight

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR 10+ years relevant experience
- 7+ years professional experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- This position is fully on-site a the Washington Navy Yard.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree AND 7+ years experience
- 10+ years experience
- Knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Experience supporting senior Navy leadership
