We have an outstanding position for an Embedded S/W Engineer to join a leading Company located in the Grand Prairie, TX surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an active Secret Security Clearance.**
Seeking a qualified embedded real-time Software Engineer to work in the Grand Prairie, TX office to develop, test, and integrate software. The software is being developed on multi-core, multi-threading environment using C++ on CentOS Linux and Windows operating systems environments. The candidate will experience all phases of software development ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical.
Engineering or related field.
Real-time embedded software development.
C++ (version 11 or higher).
Linux Operating Systems (CentOS, Rocky 8, or similar distribution).
Desired Qualifications:
Multi-threading/multiprocessing development.
GitLab CI/CD Pipelines.
GoogleTest or similar Unit test tool.
Knowledge of Publish / Subscribe communication protocol Data Distribution Services (DDS) by RTI is preferred.
Common Object Request Broker Architecture (CORBA).
C-Make.
Cameo Modeler.
Windows Operating System.
Experience as a software engineer working with multi-disciplined teams.
