Ruchman and Associates is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Program Manager to support a Federal Contract in Alexandria, VA. The Program Manager will lead a team responsible for providing financial investigative support to the DOD. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the contract.

Position Summary:
The Program Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the COR, leadership, and contract personnel, ensuring that all project deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and a deep understanding of the Asset Forfeiture Program.

Key Responsibilities:
• The Program Manager will provide overall leadership and direction for a government contract, ensuring delivery of program objectives, compliance with federal requirements, and alignment with agency mission goals.
• PM will act as the primary point of contact for client communications, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Responsible for managing and overseeing contractor personnel. PM shall manage and track work performed by personnel and case number.
• PM will submit a monthly contract status report to COR.
• PM will oversee program operations including staffing, task management, travel, and training requirements.
• The PM will Create, implement, and maintain program policies and procedures.
• The PM will attend weekly meetings with the COR on contract related matters.
• Lead program planning, execution, and delivery in accordance with government contract requirements, milestones, and performance standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and staffing concerns that may impact program success.
• Ensure compliance with all federal regulations, security requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and deliver program status briefings, reports, and metrics to government stakeholders and internal leadership. Collaborate with government stakeholders regarding the program and provide strategic input.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, in a related field.
• Experience with Asset Forfeiture Fund project management or project management and financial investigation experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and management skills.
• Problem and analysis skills and techniques.
• Experience managing high-pressure, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Active Government Clearance
