Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an RF / Communications Engineer to provide engineering and technical support for the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of RF and communications systems supporting training, operational, and enterprise environments. The RF / Communications Engineer ensures communications capabilities are reliable, interoperable, secure, and compliant with all applicable technical and regulatory standards. This role in onsite in Orlando, FL.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $126,000 * dependent on experience*

- Collecting and analyzing system performance data including coverage, reliability, latency, and interoperability metrics
Qualifications for the RF / Communications Engineer include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, RF Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience supporting RF or communications engineering within a DoD, Federal, or enterprise environment
- Demonstrated experience with:
- RF and communications system design and integration
- Spectrum management and frequency coordination
- Communications testing and performance analysis
- Interoperability and interference mitigation
- Technical documentation and stakeholder coordination
- Active Secret Clearance required
