As the onsite Project Manager, you will oversee contractor support personnel at program headquarters. This role is responsible for organizing, directing, and managing all contract operations, including planning, scheduling, cost control, and deliverable oversight. You will act as the primary senior‑level client interface, coordinating with Government and contractor stakeholders to develop task plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely, compliant execution of all assigned work. As the Project Manager, you will also provide supervision, task delegation, and performance oversight of support staff, maintain technical and financial status reporting, and ensure adherence to program work schedules and communication requirements. This role is a full‑time position (40 hours/week) with primarily onsite work and limited ad‑hoc telework as approved.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise contractor support staff for program contract operations
- Manage contract execution, schedules, costs, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary senior‑level liaison with program stakeholders
- Coordinate task planning, reporting, and performance tracking
- Ensure successful, compliant, and timely completion of all assigned work
You MUST have:
- 5+ years of experience in performing program and project management support services for Records Management
- Experience leading onsite teams and coordinating hybrid/telework staff
- Experience managing federal or program contracts
- Familiarity with Resource Management (RM) and reporting in a government environment
- A Top-Secret clearance is required
It's GREAT if you also have:
- PMP or other recognized Project Management certification
- Strong stakeholder communication and senior‑level client engagement experience
- Proficiency with project tracking, reporting, and MS Office tools
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
