Elucidation Concepts is seeking a skilled Cyber Network Defense Analyst (Skill Levels 2-4) to join our growing team. You will leverage information gathered from diverse sources - such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, network traffic logs, and host system logs - to identify potential vulnerabilities, respond to cyber events, and proactively defend against emerging threats. You will help develop and implement mitigations that strengthen network defenses and protect critical infrastructure devices and systems.
In this role, your work may span the full spectrum of data transport possibilities, including traditional wired networks, wireless communications (Wi-Fi and cellular), collaborative platforms like video teleconferencing, and the hardware and software that enable secure connectivity.

Education:
A degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field is required. Relevant fields include, but are not limited to, General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security.
Military training/coursework (up to 18 semester hours) in networking, computer science, or cyber topics may be credited as equivalent to an Associate's degree. If not applied toward education, certain military courses such as the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC), Undergraduate Cyber Training (UCT), Network Warfare Bridge Course (NWBC), Intermediate Network Warfare Training (INWT), or Cyber Defense Operations will be considered toward experience requirements (e.g., 20-24 week courses = 6 months of experience, 10-14 week courses = 3 months of experience).
Relevant Certifications or Specialized Training:
Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to touch, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee frequently is required to talk and hear and occasionally required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
