You will be the Senior Network Engineer for the UGV Systems team. Our team is responsible for delivering advanced unmanned ground vehicle solutions that operate in GPS-denied, subterranean, and contested environments.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer science or a related technical field.
Current Security Clearance: Secret or higher.
Prior experience supporting DTRA, SOCOM, or other defense R&D agencies.
Desired Skills:
Master Degree in Engineering
12 years of relevant experience
Strong understanding of DoD acquisition, budgeting, and program management.
Previous experience serving U.S. Special Operations Command.
Familiar with GPS-denied navigation, sensor fusion, and tactical communication networks.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Network Engineer you will be responsible for leading the design, integration, and deployment of network-centric capabilities that enable autonomous operations of unmanned ground vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Design, develop, test, and field UGV systems for GPS-denied and subterranean missions.
- Integrate advanced sensors and autonomy software into Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs).
- Oversee deployment of MANETs to enable distributed robotic operations underground.
- Support end-to-end development of navigation, sensor integration, and autonomous operations for CBRNE and threat-detection missions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability in contested environments.
