Project Manager

Rover 1 is looking to hire a Project/Business Manager who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment and is passionate about helping organizations deliver results. In this role, you will manage complex projects from initiation through delivery, working closely with senior-level customers and within cross-functional teams to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
• Manage multiple high-level projects to ensure key project metrics align with the champion’s vision
• Successfully plan and lead project kickoff meetings with full project teams and senior-level customers
• Ensure projects maintain progress in terms of resource allocation, budget, and appropriate risk allocation
• Oversee project deliverables and ensure they meet the champion’s requirements

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• 1+ year supporting the Intelligence Community
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create client-ready deliverables

Desired Qualifications
• Master’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• PMP Certification
