Rover 1 is looking for systems thinkers who possess the ability to identify the key performance levers in any environment and prescribe necessary actions that drive lasting organizational change.
Responsibilities
• Apply Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies across complex, enterprise-wide projects
• Plan and execute projects to include timeline, scope, business case, and deliverables
• Develop performance metrics at all levels of the organization
• Plan and facilitate Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs) for executive-level clients
• Lead teams of analysts and process improvement consultants
• Perform analysis using qualitative and quantitative data
• Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, and customers
• Author comprehensive deliverables that use collected data to make sound recommendations
What You’ll Bring
• 3+ years of experience in a consulting role applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create client-ready deliverables
• 1+ year supporting the Intelligence Community
• Degree in engineering, business, finance, or other STEM
Desired Qualifications
• Master’s of Science in Engineering, Analytics, Statistics, or Data Science; or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
• 8+ years of experience as a Process Improvement Specialist
• Skilled project manager
• Experience coaching and mentoring Yellow, Green, and Black Belts
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt via the American Society for Quality (ASQ)
