Rover 1 is looking to hire a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys leading complex initiatives in support of an Intelligence Community customer. This person will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering program objectives on time and within scope, while coordinating across a diverse set of stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery across mission-critical programs in support of Intelligence Community and Department of War customers
• Support senior Department of War personnel assigned to the Sponsor with assistance in planning and management of a 20-person detailee program
• Assist in resource management, to include planning, execution, and monitoring of spending plans in support of program objectives
• Serve as a support function to the Sponsor strategic review board
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestone tracking, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve program-level risks and dependencies
• Produce and present project status reports, briefings, and documentation for leadership and customer audiences
• Identify, escalate, and develop mitigation strategies for schedule, cost, and performance risks throughout the project lifecycle
