One Federal Solution is seeking a Materiel Fielding Coordinator (Logistics Analyst III) to join our team. As the Materiel Fielding Coordinator (Logistics Analyst III), you will be responsible for supporting PEO FID materiel fielding missions by coordinating all aspects of materiel preparation, delivery, and documentation. You will prepare and manage support agreements, maintain accurate records, monitor fielding schedules, and ensure compliance with Army regulations and policies. Additionally, you will prepare Pre-Fielding Analysis Reports, track critical documentation through GEARS and DARTS, and represent the team in meetings, briefings, and site surveys. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency with Army automation systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and as follows:

Materiel Fielding Coordinator (Logistics Analyst III) Task and Duties:

Provide support to PEO FID materiel fielding missions as the Pre-Fielding Coordinator.
Prepare Support Agreements, including Memorandums of Materiel Fielding Agreement (MFA) and Memorandums of Notification (MON), for upcoming fieldings in accordance with Army regulations, policies, and responsibilities.
Process agreements for staffing and approval; maintain records of active agreements; ensure accuracy; and facilitate modifications or cancellations as appropriate.
Create and maintain SharePoint folders for all UICs to track fielding processes; upload Mission Support Plans (MSPs) for specific UICs.
Monitor materiel fielding schedules to ensure fieldings are conducted according to the planned schedule.
Track and manage the uploading and downloading of signed documents from the Global Electronic Approval Routing System (GEARS) and Document Approval Routing System (DARTS); distribute documents to the appropriate Regional Manager, Chief of Fielding, LNO, or FID Director.
Prepare Pre-Fielding Analysis Reports (CDRL A010) identifying the full range of authorized materiel requirements and expected shortages, including end items, BII, ASIOE, STTE, TMDE, SKOs, and technical publications.
Download and review pack data for accuracy; identify discrepancies and report them to the Government Information (Requirements) Manager; download all ACN and BDN data.
Provide team representation at meetings, briefings, conferences, and site surveys required for planning fielding actions, with up to 72 hours' notice.
Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Access, as well as Army automation systems (TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, M3PT).

Materiel Fielding Coordinator (Logistics Analyst III) Qualifications:

Extensive experience coordinating materiel fielding missions, including preparing and processing support agreements in compliance with Army regulations and policies.
Strong knowledge of materiel management, logistics, and Army automation systems, including TEWLS, LOGICOL, AESIP, GCSS-A, LMI-DST, and M3PT.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Skilled in tracking and managing documentation via GEARS and DARTS, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.
Experienced in preparing detailed Pre-Fielding Analysis Reports and identifying materiel requirements, shortages, and discrepancies.
Effective communicator, capable of representing teams in meetings, briefings, conferences, and site surveys on short notice.
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities, with expertise in managing SharePoint folders and digital filing systems.
