Your role and responsibilities

As a Maximo MAS Lead Developer specializing in Asset Management, you will leverage your deep understanding of IBM Maximo to analyze functional requirements and create technical designs. You will work on client-focused, complex consulting and implementation-centric engagements, often handling tasks independently.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Develop Technical Designs: Create detailed technology architecture and implementation strategy for asset management solutions, utilizing your expertise in IBM Maximo to drive high-quality technical implementation
• Guide Solution Development: Lead all technical aspects of solution development and integration, ensuring adherence to quality standards and collaborating with teams as needed
• Review Technical Work Products: Ensure that technical work products meet quality standards, reviewing and providing feedback to maintain excellence in solution delivery
• Contribute to Software Development Life Cycle: Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, from specifications to debugging and testing, applying your expertise to drive successful outcomes
• Communicate Technical Architecture: Effectively communicate technical designs and implementation strategies to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven expertise in leveraging IBM Maximo to analyze functional requirements and create technical designs, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive high-quality technical implementation
• Experience with creating detailed technology architecture and implementation strategies for asset management solutions, with a focus on delivering high-quality technical outcomes
• Deep experience in leading all technical aspects of solution development and integration, ensuring adherence to quality standards and collaborating with teams as needed
• Experience with reviewing technical work products to ensure adherence to quality standards, with the ability to provide constructive feedback to maintain excellence in solution delivery
• Deep expertise in contributing to all phases of the software development life cycle, from specifications to debugging and testing, with a focus on driving successful outcomes
• Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Experience with client-focused, complex consulting and implementation-centric engagements, handling tasks independently and effectively managing stakeholder expectations
• Ability to work independently on tasks, utilizing expertise in IBM Maximo to drive high-quality technical implementation and deliver successful outcomes
• USPS/Federal experience
