As an Engineering Aid, you will:
• Coordinate planning, organization, control and status of procurements within area of assigned responsibility.
• Help resolve procurement related issues with support from the integrated product team.
Basic Qualifications:
Familiarity with at least one engineering field
Familiarity with Engineering development processes and all phases of development life cycle (to include proposal, design, qualification, requirements verification/validation, production and deployed system support)
Willingness to travel as needed to support program goals
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Ability to coordinate and status procurement receipt through all stages of procurement lifecycle (demand loading, MBOM status, planned orders, PRs, POs, and R&I).
Ability to liaison between manufacturing, engineering, procurement, and program management to drive quick problem resolution
Ability to support production operations lead engineer with ensuring accurate demand exists and is moving through the procurement pipeline
Ability to track upcoming and open production orders, including MWI status, open Q-Notes, and due dates for assemblies
Experience with eWhiteboard, SAP, Parts360, and Parts Visibility
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
