Description:We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the Systems Engineer Senior Manager for the F-16 Engineering team located in Greenville, SC supporting F-16 production. As the Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading the F-16 engineering team in Greenville, SC to ensure engineering support to the production line throughout the entire build and delivery process.
What You Will Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the onsite F-16 Engineering team in Greenville, SC to resolve complex avionics and structural build issues supporting aircraft build and deliveries.
• Define standard work to ensure proper engineering support with technical, safety, and flight clearance requirements.
• Coordinate in person Fort Worth engineering support to meet critical milestones and troubleshoot production challenges.
• Support production meetings and program reviews, escalating issues that impact deliveries.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to develop projects that reduce scrap, repair, and re work.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Systems engineering principles & practices
• Structural and Avionics Aircraft Engineering experience
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Experience engaging and presenting in senior executive level meetings
Desired Skills:
• 15 years of related aircraft engineering experience, with multiple years of experience on F-16
• Engineering management experience that includes responsibility for program performance, cost, schedule and quality
• Experience Working Production Line Operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
