Compliance Program Management Specialist
PKH Enterprises is seeking qualified individuals to support government clients in the development and implementation of Federal compliance programs. Qualified candidates should be able to understand strategic direction and formulate plans to implement that direction. They should have knowledge of privacy program elements, governance models and overall program operations. Previous experience with privacy, FOIA, information sharing and safeguarding or other relevant fields are considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Be able to assess current processes, identify ways to improve processes and work with teams to implement changes.
• Review and improve policy, governance and standard processes to improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend both technical and non-technical solutions to improve program performance. Conduct analysis of alternatives for technology solutions.
• Evaluate and establish governance and stakeholder engagement mechanisms. Establish goals and metrics to evaluate performance of governance and engagement.
• Provide support in developing business cases, resource planning, budget justifications and other documents.
• Conduct program risk management assessments of critical operations and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
• Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of client programs.
• Work with client to Draft / Update / Implement new policies and procedures.
• Document an authorities and policy framework that justifies and scopes program activities which can serve as the basis for metrics and program funding decisions.
• Conduct technical interchange meetings with client stakeholders to establish implementation processes, address concerns and troubleshoot challenges that arise in program deployment.
• Develop and administer training and awareness campaigns.
• Evaluate data collection to ensure collected data is accurate, relevant, timely, incorporates technical and non-technical data and is sufficient for program decision making.
• Quality writing, PowerPoint and communications skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a federal compliance contracting support.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, critical thinking, data management, and research skills.
• Experience conducting end-to-end analysis, including collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and handling sensitive materials.
• Information Sharing and Compliance background.
• Minimum of 5 years’ of experience in federal program management support or related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
• 7 or more years’ of professional experience in relevant fields including counterintelligence, personnel security, IT security, human resources, or behavioral analysis.
• PMP Certification
