Managing Consultant SAP Finance (Real Estate)

Your role and responsibilities

As an SAP Finance Real Estate consultant, you will implement and configure SAP S/4 Finance RE-FX solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your deep understanding of and/or hands-on experience in the system to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP S/4 RE-FX solutions to meet client needs, ensuring successful project delivery and high-quality results.
• Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and analyze business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations and leverage business and industry knowledge.
• Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, working across technical design, development, and implementation to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation.
• Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Utilize business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to ensure successful project delivery and effective integration of packaged technology solutions.

This role involves examination, possession or transfer of controlled goods and technology as defined under the Canadian Controlled Goods Program and ITAR data/technology. To be eligible for employment in this role, you must be a Canadian citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident. Canadian citizens and permanent residents must be security assessed under the Canadian controlled goods program. All applicants will also be required to undergo an additional security assessment conducted by an IBM designated Controlled Goods Program official as a condition of employment.

• SAP Finance Real Estate Expertise: Deep understanding of and hands-on experience in SAP S/4 Finance RE-FX solutions, including design, configuration, and implementation to meet client needs.
• Business Requirements Analysis: Experience with analyzing business requirements to develop effective solutions that meet client expectations, leveraging business and industry knowledge.
• Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience in utilizing business processes and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.
• Solution Design and Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring solutions to ensure successful project delivery and high-quality results.
• Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Experience working across technical design, development, and implementation of solutions to ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Public Sector Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Public Sector organizations to ensure successful project delivery, meeting client expectations and achieving project goals.
• Security Clearance: Enhanced Reliability (at least).

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Business Process Knowledge: Experience with Real Estate business processes and their integration with SAP S/4 Finance RE-FX solutions to effectively meet client needs and achieve project goals.
• Technical Solution Development: Experience working with the latest technologies to develop and implement comprehensive solutions that ensure simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
• Public Sector Industry Knowledge: Experience working with Government and Defence organizations, utilizing business knowledge to ensure successful project delivery and achieving project goals.
• Security Clearance: Secret (preferred).
