Your role and responsibilities
The Maximo Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets from USPS maintenance and asset management systems, including IBM Maxmio MAS (Maximo Application Suite). The role will focus on identifying trends, performance metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and improve efficiency across USPS maintenance operations.

Your role and responsibilities
The Maximo Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets from USPS maintenance and asset management systems, including IBM Maxmio MAS (Maximo Application Suite). The role will focus on identifying trends, performance metrics, and operational insights to support decision-making and improve efficiency across USPS maintenance operations.
- Analyze and interpret USPS maintenance and asset data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations for USPS leadership
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to define data requirements and ensure accuracy
- Support data governance, compliance, and quality control processes
- Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support for USPS operational initiatives
Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Extensive experience with Maximo
- Extensive experience with Java, Python, R, or other programming language
- Demonstrable experience with relational databases and Data Warehouse Architecture
- Experience Architecting and delivering on Cloud Platforms (Azure AWS Google)
- Experience with Application Modernization Data Migration and Microservices
- Must obtain and maintain MBI/Public Trust clearance
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Cloud Platform Certifications are a plus: AWS, IBM Cloud
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, or statistical modeling
- Certified Maximo Deployment Professional
- USPS/Federal experience
