Position Overview

Creek Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate information technology (IT) projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing technical teams and IT initiatives, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of complex technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage information technology projects from inception through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate project activities across technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize impacts to schedule or performance.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and provide regular project status updates and reports.
  • Coordinate requirements gathering and ensure alignment between technical teams and organizational objectives.
  • Support project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and status reports.
  • Lead meetings, project reviews, and planning sessions to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
  • Continuously assess project performance and recommend improvements to project management processes.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing information technology or technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing technical teams and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with project management tools and scheduling software.
  • Proficiency with digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field required.
