Creek Technologies is seeking a Strategic Communications Events Integration Lead to coordinate and align the planning and execution of events with broader strategic communications initiatives.
In this role, you will serve as the key integrator between the events team and communications specialists, ensuring effective collaboration, information flow, and alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary integrator between the events team and strategic communications specialists, ensuring coordinated planning and execution of events and communications initiatives.
- Facilitate clear, continuous communication between teams to ensure alignment and efficient collaboration.
- Lead regular coordination meetings to track progress, discuss challenges, and share updates across teams.
- Ensure that communications strategies and organizational objectives are reflected in event planning, messaging, and execution.
- Collaborate with communications strategists to incorporate program milestones, product launches, and key initiatives into event timelines.
- Ensure event messaging, branding, and objectives are consistent with organizational communications strategies and priorities.
- Coordinate event timelines with major program milestones and organizational initiatives.
- Monitor progress across teams to ensure deadlines for event deliverables and communication initiatives are met.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, overlapping priorities, or resource challenges and implement solutions to maintain alignment and progress.
- Proactively address risks related to event planning, scheduling, and program integration.
- Ensure the events team has the support and coordination needed from communications teams to deliver effective event outcomes.
- Support post-event analysis by gathering feedback, performance metrics, and insights to evaluate how events supported program goals.
- Provide insights from event outcomes to communications leadership to inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure internal stakeholders and leadership remain informed about event progress, outcomes, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, project management, or integration roles.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and complex project timelines.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or major organizational programs.
- Experience leading multi-phase projects or programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with diverse teams and leadership.
- Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments and dynamic project environments.
- Familiarity with the full event lifecycle, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Organizational Management, Strategic Management, or Advanced Event Management preferred.
