Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Service Manager in Hazelwood, MO to support Metal Manufacturing. This position will oversee the functionality, safety, maintenance, and efficiency of building and grounds, ensuring an optimal working environment. Key duties include managing vendor contracts, supervising maintenance staff, handling repairs, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations. As well as leading and integrating multiple functions including facility operations, engineering, quality, and safety.

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage employee activities within the facilities occupation including facilities planning, analysis, project administration, property administration, facilities provisioning, engineering, construction and Plant & Equipment maintenance.

• Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

• Acquires resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports.

• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

• Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers.

• Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Facilities Maintenance

• 3+ years of Leadership Experience

• 5+ years of Facilities Management

• Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Managing Facility Projects

Summary pay range: $119,000-$161,000
