To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
Basic Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or bachelor's degree with 30 semester hours in a combination of mathematics, statistics, and computer science. At least 15 of the 30 semester hours must have included any combination of statistics and mathematics that included differential and integral calculus. All academic degrees and course work must be from accredited or pre-accredited institutions. (Transcripts must be attached).
In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:.
Specialized experience:
At least one-year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position: resolving difficult problems related to the integration, implementation, and sustainment of cyber systems and networks; researching, maintaining, and enforcing policies and procedures and advising leadership related to cyber operations and/or mission execution and; exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities that encompasses oversight, advisory capabilities and performance.
Education
FOREIGN EDUCATION: If you are using education completed in foreign colleges or universities to meet the qualification requirements, you must show the education credentials have been evaluated by a private organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign education programs and such education has been deemed equivalent to that gained in an accredited U.S. education program; or full credit has been given for the courses at a U.S. accredited college or university. - Advises Division Chief and assumes leadership responsibilities as delegated and directed.
- Oversees and manages work through subordinate team leads and supervisors.
- Advises CNMF personnel for interactive on-network operations (ION) in support of USCYBERCOM missions and delivers risk assessment and mitigation on all technical/analytical activities involving CNMF operations.
- Establishes and enforces standards associated with operator development and certification.
- Trains and certifies operators and assists in the advancement of operator proficiency on various platforms.
- Serves as a leading subject matter expert (SME) on all matters related to cyberspace operations tradecraft/tool development and lifecycle management for CNMF on all technical matters.

- Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET SCI clearance as a condition of employment and must complete a counterintelligence scope polygraph exam.

- This position has been designated as a Testing Designated Position (TDP). Employee must pass initial and periodic random drug testing.
