Required Skills & Qualifications
(Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5 years of work-related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, 3 years with a Master's, or relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience with MBSE, Cameo/MSOSA, and/or SysML
- Active Secret Clearance

- Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Excellent technical, organizational, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment on-site and across engineering disciplines
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Support cross-functional engineering teams in developing systems to meet project/program commitments
- Implement MBSE as part of digital engineering to meet customer expectations
- Engage in systems engineering efforts such as requirements decomposition, system architecture, environments analysis, and more
- Collaborate on interdisciplinary approaches to plan, design, develop, and verify complex systems solutions
