DESCRIPTION OF POSITION/DUTIES:
All Points is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to support the Cloud Services Office. This is a position supporting a Huntsville-based program, and remote work MAY be supported at management discretion. All work must be performed within the Continental United States.
This role requires a Public Trust/NACI background investigation and full U.S. Citizenship.
The TPM will plan, coordinate, and deliver cloud infrastructure and platform initiatives across the Cloud Services Office. This role ensures technical projects are executed efficiently, align with enterprise architecture and security requirements, and meet program scope, schedules, and budgets. The TPM will collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, FinOps, and customer stakeholders to support cloud migrations, platform deployments, security implementations, and enterprise cloud service improvements.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
8+ years managing technical infrastructure or cloud-related projects.

This role ensures technical projects are executed efficiently, align with enterprise architecture and security requirements, and meet program scope, schedules, and budgets. The TPM will collaborate closely with Cloud Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, FinOps, and customer stakeholders to support cloud migrations, platform deployments, security implementations, and enterprise cloud service improvements.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Lead the planning and execution of cloud infrastructure, platform, and service initiatives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, networking, security, and architecture.
- Translate technical architecture and engineering requirements into executable plans.
- Ensure alignment of dependencies, integrations, and delivery timelines across teams.
- Track project progress and ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and performance requirements.
- Serve as the primary coordination point between technical teams, program leadership, and customer stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, technical reviews, and status briefings.
- Maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
- Coordinate resolution of blockers affecting project delivery.
- Provide regular project status reporting, including progress, risks, schedule health, and financial updates.
- Produce reports and dashboards for leadership and governance reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and cloud operational workflows.
- Promote adoption of standardized project management and delivery practices across the Cloud Services Office.
EDUCATION:

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
8+ years managing technical infrastructure or cloud-related projects.
SKILLS/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms and enterprise IT environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience managing schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Experience leading cloud infrastructure or cloud modernization initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile, hybrid Agile/Waterfall, or SAFe delivery environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting cloud service organizations or enterprise shared services teams.
- Experience managing cloud consolidation, migration, or modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (Federal, FISMA, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT governance, change management, and architecture review processes.
