We are actively searching for an experienced Senior Master Scheduler to step into a pivotal role-driving integrated production schedules, shaping delivery outcomes, and serving as the connective tissue between program leadership, engineering, operations, and production control. This is a chance to lead with technical rigor, leverage deep expertise in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and bring clarity to complex schedules by identifying risks, surfacing opportunities, and guiding teams toward confident, on‑time execution.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain integrated production schedules to support on-time delivery goals
• Manage manufacturing baseline and forecast schedules in Primavera P6 / MS project.
• Work closely with production control and program representatives to ensure proper management of schedule risks, issues, and opportunities
• Communicate and coordinate schedule execution expectations to the production team
• Track and drive actions required to meet or exceed schedule forecast and/or recovery
• Identify critical path and production constraints to enable proper escalation and decision making
• Recommend schedule recoveries through scenario analysis and trades
• Deconflict priorities and coordinate tie-outs between program leadership, engineering, and operations
• Drive accountability on scheduling deliverables
• Prepare analysis and reports regarding status, forecasts, and delivery health
• Report schedule artifacts and metrics at various levels of leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating deep operational knowledge and professional maturity.
• Strong communication skills that make it easy to share information clearly with customers, employees, and cross‑functional partners.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively in a team and step into a leadership role when needed.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills that support respectful, confident, and productive interactions at all levels.
• Flexibility and comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment.
• Proven ability to work independently, using sound judgment to move work forward with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a knack for breaking down issues and identifying practical solutions.
• Foundational understanding of supply chain processes and activities.
• Excellent time‑management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and support schedule commitments.
• Proficiency with database tools and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
