About The Role
Peraton is seeking an experienced Intelligence Liaison to support U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in advancing the objectives of the CBP analytics and intelligence support program.
The Intelligence Liaison serves as the primary coordination point between intelligence analysts, operational elements, and external mission partners. This role ensures timely information sharing, operational alignment, and integration of intelligence insights into mission execution and decision-making processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of lifecycle processes within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

- Serve as the primary liaison between intelligence teams, mission partners, and operational stakeholders to facilitate coordination and information exchange.
- Integrate analytical reporting, risk assessments, and situational insights into operational planning and decision-making processes.
- Maintain awareness of ongoing intelligence activities, operational priorities, and mission objectives to ensure alignment across organizations.
- Interpret, consolidate, and communicate intelligence findings to leadership and partner organizations in a clear and actionable manner.
- Support deconfliction, prioritization, and synchronization across multiple intelligence channels and reporting streams.
- Prepare and deliver briefings, written reports, and operational updates for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with intelligence handling procedures, dissemination protocols, and applicable security requirements.
- Build and sustain trusted liaison relationships to enhance collaboration and mission-focused information sharing.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA. 9 years with a HS diploma/equivalent can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Experience supporting intelligence, analysis, operations, homeland security, or related mission environments.
- Strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle, collection management, information-sharing protocols, and analytical workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in high-tempo or high-visibility environments.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable insights to varied audiences.
- Proven professionalism, discretion, and experience handling sensitive or classified information.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and organizational boundaries.
- Current and active TS/SCI clearance
- Ability to obtain and maintain required CBP suitability.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Prior experience serving as a liaison or coordinator between multiple federal, interagency, or mission partners.
- Background in intelligence analysis, operational coordination, or data-driven situational assessment.
- Familiarity with intelligence databases, analytic tools, and structured reporting formats.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications in intelligence studies, national security, or related disciplines.
