- You will be responsible for providing functional administration and technical data for assigned acquisition information systems.
- You will collect data from assigned systems, prepare reports on compliance and status, and distributes the reports to appropriate personnel within the Contracting Department.
- You will be assigned to committees and working groups comprised of personnel of various levels from multiple functional areas and activities.
- You will monitor assigned procurement work processes and systems to ensure that the desired outcomes and performance levels are achieved and that required efficiency and effectiveness are realized.
- You will manage contract folders in central file storage (hard copy or electronic, as applicable), retrieve and distribute folders as needed, and process folders for retirement, long-term storage, and destruction.
