The Janitor/Escort will be responsible for janitorial services and will keep the facilities appearance and cleanliness to a high standard for visitors and building occupants.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed logs and records of escorted individuals and activities.
- Collaborate with security personnel to address any security concerns or incidents.
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide clear and concise communication to escorted individuals regarding security requirements.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED.
- Minimum two (2) years related work experience and performing in a military or civilian workforce.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency using personal computer and internet service, word processing, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
- Possess working knowledge of janitorial equipment and supplies used to perform tasks.
- Possess good organization and communication skills, as well as maturity.
- Ability to deal with all levels of people, both inside and outside the company.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to obtain a Secret, Top Secret or DOE Q Clearance.
