We are looking for an experienced System integrator to join our technology-based program . This role requires strong coordination and collaboration skills to work effectively with project managers, workstream leads, and stakeholders in maintaining program cohesion. The System Integrator ensures that all programs are completed on time, within budget, and meet established quality standards while delivering expected benefits and organizational value. Ultimately, this position is accountable for the successful alignment, integration, and value delivery of all projects and workstreams within the assigned program or portfolio, requiring the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a consistent focus on quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
We are looking for and Systems Integrator with a minimum of 11 years' experience with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with the following experience:
  • Demonstrated experience with integrating multiple projects and workstreams across a program or portfolio.
  • Proven experience developing and maintaining comprehensive schedules across multiple workstreams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing dependencies and risks across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) the most complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation programs, including enterprise resource planning, human resource information systems, or customer relationship management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks, and develop plans to address them.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive decision-making and action across the organization.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and Compliance.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning or customer relationship management transformation initiatives.
  • Experience building governance structures for project management offices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Experience with technical writing, editing, and designing messaging for workforce communications.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
  • Certification in project management, such as Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
