Job Responsibilities:
- Integrate with, and support, a team of subject matter experts in a highly agile environment to implement best-in-class, multi-Cloud solutions for large DoD programs.
- Work within a Hybrid Cloud engineering team to design, build, implement, and maintain Microsoft Office 365 security solutions to include Microsoft Defender.
- Identify enterprise and customer-specific issues in Microsoft|Office 365, conduct in-depth diagnostics, and develop innovative solutions to resolve issues.
- Develop tools and scripts to automate deployment, troubleshooting, monitoring, and diagnostics activities.
- Coach and mentor new hires, and support training initiatives/professional development to improve team capacity and performance.
- Function as a technical escalation point within the team.
- Develop a Cloud-Hosting System Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
- 3+ years of progressive experience supporting Microsoft 365 Application Services:
- Deploy and Manage STIGs in DoD Hybrid environments.
- 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Intune, EntraID
- Microsoft | Office 365 Admin Application and Services in a hybrid server environment
- Understanding of M365|O365 licensing
- PowerShell scripts creation
- Experience in Active Directory, MFA and Security Compliance
- Prior experience providing user support and conducting user software and hardware training to formulate technology solutions and ensure effective safeguarding and sharing of enterprise data
- Experience supporting mission-critical, 24x7 systems.
- IAT II Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and/or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
- Proficiency supporting Windows and Linux Server|Desktop endpoints
- Proficiency with Cloud networking and troubleshooting Cloud networking environments (IP networking, VPNs, DNS, and load balancing)
- An understanding of firewalls, NAT, SSL|TLS, etc.
- Experience in one or more automation languages (ARM|Bicep Templates, BASH, Python)
- Familiarity with Identity and Authentication processes (SSO|Federation, AD|Azure AD etc.)
- Experience with Azure subscriptions, Azure RBAC, Purview, Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft 365.
- Active Top Secret security clearance
Desired Certifications:
- Microsoft MD-102 certification
- Azure AZ-104 certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar certifications.
