Leidos is seeking a mission‑driven Test Engineer to join the FLITE+ program at Buckley Space Force Base, supporting one of the nation’s most critical space-based defense missions. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the Missile Warning Integration and Test enterprise—helping ensure the systems protecting our nation are verified, validated, and ready when it matters most.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Test Engineer supporting Missile Warning Integration and Test activities across the FLITE+ enterprise.
- Provide independent technical consultation to Senior Test Engineers on verification planning, execution, and analysis.
- Advise on test methodologies, verification strategies, and process improvements to strengthen mission assurance.
- Support enterprise-level coordination, ensuring test and verification activities are aligned across systems, stakeholders, and mission partners.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance the reliability, performance, and readiness of Missile Warning capabilities.
What You Bring
- Active TS/SCI security clearance (required).
- Bachelor’s degree and 4-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering, test engineering, or related technical fields.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Missile Warning systems, system integration, and verification activities.
- Proven ability to provide technical leadership and advisory support within complex, operationally focused mission environments.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior engineers, mission partners, and enterprise stakeholders.
