What You'll Do
- Set-up, configure, and test VTC systems for meetings and calls in-office and remote
- Operate and monitor VTC equipment during live meetings to ensure audio and video connectivity
- Monitor network status and keep customer updated on outages
- Work with help desk to maintain asset and network connectivity
- Troubleshoot and actively diagnose technical IT issues in real time, minimizing disruptions to meetings
- Coordinate with customer and external stakeholders to plan and execute high profile meetings
- Actively coordinate and troubleshoot with external Chief Information Officers (CIOs) and local Information Technology Department (ITD) to resolve issues
- Evaluate and develop network and connectivity plans for development systems
What You Bring to the Table
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical discipline)
- 5+ years of experience in information technology or associate's degree in IT field with certifications in CompTIA A+ and Networking +
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and VTC connections
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information technology concepts clearly
- An active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance or have held one within the past two years
