Job Description
Title: Senior Consultant, Working Capital Fund (WCF) Analysis
Location: Mark Center, Alexandria, VA (100% on-site with occasional telework)
Clearance: Active SECRET Required
Responsibilities & Desired Skill Areas:
• Able to drive/lead strategic initiatives and governance management for the Defense Working Capital Fund (WCF) and Supply Chain Management equities.
• Perform research on the intersection of DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and Supply Chain policy and recommend transformation to streamline policy.
• Oversee special projects on topics such as Defense Supply pricing, Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) trade space, allocation of spare parts for new Weapon Systems, and lead a tiered governance construct to provide 4-star level oversight and O-6/GS-15 level Working Groups to provide guidance, make decisions, and conduct oversight on special projects.
• Experience with Defense Working Capital Fund, Supply Management Activity (SMA).
• CDFM or CGFM preferred.
Required:
• 5+ years directly relevant experience with DoD Financial Management at a Service Headquarters, Joint Staff, or OSD, and knowledge of DoW/DoD Logistics.
• Must understand strategic-level staff work.
• Expertise in GO/SES-level product development.
• BS or BA degree.
